What personal data do we need?
1. When registering an account in our store, please provide the data necessary to create an account, so you do not have to spend time with each subsequent purchase to complete the entire order form again. Registered customer can also view the history of purchases after logging in.
2. Placing an order – when placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in clients are partly downloaded automatically from the data provided during registration.
If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it when you register your account or use the form directly on the store’s website, please enter your e-mail address to which commercial information will be sent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by logging into your account in the store or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.

Protection of your personal data
The security of our clients’ personal data is very important to us.
May 25 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (‘GDPR’) has entered into force.
In accordance with the obligation arising from Article 13 of the GDPR and wanting to provide you with information about the purpose and principles of our processing of your personal data and your rights related to the processing of the data in question, below we provide the necessary information in this regard.

Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed:
because you have consented to this (Article 6 para. 1 lit.a RODO), in order to, among others:
contacting you, including for purposes related to permitted marketing activities through available communication channels, in particular by e-mail and telephone,
in order to fulfill our legal obligation incumbent on us (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR), including on:
invoicing for orders,
in order to conclude and perform the contract between us (Article 6 para. 1 lit.b RODO), and because of our legitimate interest (Article 6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR), i.e.
handling your requests, in particular to the Customer Service Department and via the contact form when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract,
debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings,
for analytical and statistical purposes.
The categories of your personal data processed are personal data that originate directly from you or have been provided on your behalf.
Your data is not used for automatic decision making (profiling).

Data recipient
Data recipients. Personal data is not transferred to any other entities, except for entities providing services to the Administrator, e.g. hosting, courier. Entrusting data to such entities is based on the entrustment agreement concluded by the Administrator, in which protection will be guaranteed at the level corresponding to the requirements of the GDPR.

Processing Time
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract binding us, fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on us as a data administrator, as well as pursuing and defending against claims for a period resulting from the general limitation period for claims, not later than 10 years from the end of the contract.

Your permissions
Personal data stored for the purposes of sending commercial information and direct marketing will be stored and processed until you withdraw your consent to their processing or request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objecting to processing, as well as requests for their transfer by sending an email or letter to the addresses indicated below. Immediately after such objection, we will stop processing them to such extent.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of a concluded contract or legitimate interest described above. In this case, we will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we are able to demonstrate that there are valid legally justified grounds for us in relation to these data that override your interests, rights and freedoms or the data will be necessary for us to possible determination, investigation or defense of claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you find that the processing of personal data by us violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing data
1. The data shall be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
2. Data enabling identification of a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
3. The operator may be required to provide information collected by the store to authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
